File Upload Terms
These terms apply when project files, screenshots, archives, datasets, or other supporting materials are submitted through the public intake flows.
Safe and relevant files
Uploads must be relevant to the project and must not contain malware, unlawful content, or material that should not reasonably be processed in a project review workflow.
Handling and retention
Uploaded material may be stored, scanned, copied into project systems, or attached to related intake records when needed to review or deliver work.
Removal requests
If material was submitted in error, contact UglyDog promptly with enough information to identify the submission. Removal may depend on legal, operational, or project recordkeeping requirements.
