After work begins
Payments for completed discovery, implementation, support, or reserved time are generally non-refundable once the work has materially started.
Rescheduling
Consultations and project milestones may be rescheduled when practical, but repeated late changes may require new scheduling or additional fees.
How to request review
Send a direct written request with the project name, invoice context, and reason for cancellation or refund review so the situation can be assessed against the engagement terms.
