Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely decisions, access to systems, lawful source material, and accurate description of the business process being improved.
Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables may include code, configurations, documentation, forms, and operational workflows. Acceptance is based on the agreed scope rather than unbounded future requests.
Third-party dependencies
External services, APIs, hosting providers, or vendor tools may affect schedule, cost, or technical limits. UglyDog is not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by those providers.
