01

Name the job

A product is easier to build when everyone can say what it is for and what a useful result looks like.

02

Keep the first version narrow

We prefer a small working slice that can teach us something over a large plan that has not met a real user yet.

03

Show the work

Working pieces make better conversations than a big reveal. They expose the useful changes and the unnecessary ones.

04

Leave it understandable

Good handover, sensible maintenance and clear records are part of the product, not an afterthought.
