About the studio
A small UK studio for things worth making.
We make the parts, pieces and prototypes that are too specific for a high-street shelf and too important for a faceless bulk order.
uglydog exists for the jobs that need a little judgement: a part that is no longer sold, a one-off gift, a prototype that needs to be held, or a small run that deserves more care than a factory minimum can offer. We make to order and finish the result properly.
What you can expect
We keep the studio small enough to stay close to the work. You get a clear conversation, a realistic quote, and a finished piece shaped around how it will actually be used.

We also build and run software. It isn't what we sell here — it's a sign the same hands can take a complicated idea from first sketch to a finished, working result.
