Delivery & collection
What it costs (nothing extra), how long it takes, and what to do if a parcel goes missing.
What delivery costs
UK delivery is included in the price. There is no postage line at checkout and no minimum order — the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you are outside that and would still like something, email scott@uglydog.online and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you safely and what it would cost.
How long it takes
Nothing is sitting on a shelf — your piece is printed and finished once you order. Each product page shows a typical lead time, usually 10 to 14 working days, and then a day or two in the post. The largest pieces take over a hundred hours of printing on their own, so please treat those lead times as real.
These are estimates given in good faith rather than guarantees. If something slips — a failed print, a materials delay — we will email you rather than let you wonder. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order and we have not agreed a longer time with you, you can cancel for a full refund.
Collection
You are welcome to collect from the workshop instead, which is often the best option for the very large pieces. Say so when you order and we will arrange a time once your piece is ready.
When it arrives
Everything is packed for its size and fragility. Please open the parcel carefully and check the piece over when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, photograph it and email us — that is on us to put right, and the photograph makes it quick. See our returns page for how that works.
Goods become your responsibility once they are delivered to your address or collected. If a parcel does not turn up, tell us and we will chase the courier — do not chase them yourself, as our contract is with them, not yours.
