You do not need a finished design to begin. Send what you have, even if it is only a phone photo and a rough measurement. We will ask the right questions and price the job before anything gets made.

Tell us what you need
Send a photo, a file, a logo, rough measurements or a few words. Whatever you have is fine — the brief gets read by a person, not a form parser.

We price the job
Back by email within two working days: the price, an honest date, and any choices worth thinking about before we start.
- 03
We make it
Once you are happy to go ahead we make and finish the piece, check it, then post it or set it aside for collection.
What to send us.
Any one of these is enough to get a real price back.
Photos and measurements
A couple of photos beside a ruler or a tape measure. The ruler matters more than the camera — it is how we know the real size.
The original part
Post it to us or bring it in. For anything that needs scanning, having the real object in our hands beats any photograph.
A design file
STL, OBJ, STEP, 3MF, SVG or artwork. Not required, but it usually means a faster quote and fewer questions back.
You will not be asked for a technical drawing. If we need a measurement you have not given us, we will ask for that one thing rather than sending you away to produce a specification.
