ModelWorks · 3D modelling

Bring the idea. We will make it makeable.

Bring a sketch, photo, broken part, rough measurement or half-formed idea. We turn it into a practical model, then can print and finish the piece in the same workshop.

What you get

A model built for the result you have in mind.

The point of the design is the outcome: a part that fits, a prototype you can test, a gift that feels personal or a print that can be made confidently.

What you get

A makeable 3D model from a sketch, photo, broken part or rough idea

We agree the intended use first, then model around the accuracy, finish and durability the job actually needs.

From idea to model

A rough reference is enough to start.

Explain what the part is for, roughly how big it needs to be and what matters most. We can work out the details from there.

It is a good fit for bespoke gifts, club awards, signs, display pieces, product concepts and practical workshop parts.

Proprietary Software

Image-to-3D Model

Have a flat image, logo, sketch, or illustration? Using our proprietary image-to-3D software, we translate flat 2D designs directly into solid, print-ready 3D shapes.

Just submit your image through our quote form, and we will handle the conversion process in-house.

Fix and prepare

Already have a file? We can get it ready to make.

We can check the size, how strong the thin parts are, and spot anything likely to print badly, before we use any material.

When needed, we remodel problem areas so the final file is easier to reuse later.

From idea to file

Shape the idea, agree the model, then make or hand it over.

Step

Understand the job

We start with the finished result: a part that fits, a prototype you can test, a gift that feels personal or a display piece that looks right.

Step

Build the model cleanly

We build the shape cleanly, at sensible sizes and with making in mind, so the file stays useful after the first print.

Step

Check before making

We review the model against what you asked for, then either print it in our workshop or hand over the agreed files.
